I am a native of New Orleans, and have been photographing people and things for over 20 years. My background is traditional B&W silver gelatin prints, but my passion is experimenting with different media, and processes, which I am finally able to do.
When i was still in New Orleans I did much freelance work for Offbeat, and other local publications, in addition to being a photographer and rescue diver for the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Dept.
I currently reside all over the east coast of both Canada and the United States, and am a full time aerial photographer, working in large format B&W, color positives, and infrared...all other photographs these days are just for fun. Many of the older images featured in the galleries are from my negative scanning project. Between that, and the various renovation projects I am engaged in my time is rather full.
I am almost always looking for fun things and people to be the source of my inspiration...currently it happens to be intricate series of gear mechanisms.
